Hello, I have a SD card for my phone and it's not showing up as a mass storage device anymore on my computer.  It used to show up with another drive letter when I went to "my computer" on my pc.  I've since changed phones (my 1st one broke).  When I plug my USB cable into my computer, the computer is not recognizing the storage device.  It charges fine so I know the USB end on the computer is working.  I have tried reinstalling the USB software from the Verizon disk and also removed and reinstalled the card from the phone and both didn't work.  If anyone could please give some suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks in advance, George

I have the same problem my phone isn't recognised at all so how am I supposed to transfer files to it? I only have access to the phone memory through LG PC Suite II, anybody had any Joy?

On a similar subject, my phone no longer does autoplay with the programs like it used to, choosing mass storage on phone when I connect to PC brings up no autoplay prompt on PC, same with internet, I have to go through my computer >E drive manually or use pc suite.

Yeah that's what it's always been on, it just doesn't bring anything up on the PC screen when I choose one when asked on the phone, I've checked the PC autoplay settings, tried experimenting with setting a specific mode on the phone for when I connect but nothing, I just go to my computer>double click USB port to bring up it up.
