Hi

Am I being completely dumb here?

I'm on O2 and got Renoir about 2 weeks ago.  I think I made a huge mistake not getting an iPhone as what I really want (asides from being a phone) is to use this as an mp3 player instead of having my iPod as well.

So far I've discovered, load music through mass storage because the PC Suite software make everything painfully slow.

My mp3's are all tagged correctly and the filenames all start with the track number (for example 01-3 Doors Down-The Better Life-Kryptonite.mp3).  Filenames are made from the mp3 tag so they are in the same format as well!

The mp3's also have album art 'in' them.

My problem is that this Renoir only displays (and plays) the CD's (through music / artists / albums etc) in alphabetical order not track order.  No album art either.

LG suggested I rang their 0870 number, very frigging helpful of them I have to say!

OK, so it would be a real ball ache but I can do playlists for the CD's and play them that way.  I've tried and seemingly that's not an option unless you actually make the playlist on the phone.  Too many CD's for that to even be considered.

So my questions

Is it possible to get the CD's to play in track order?  Or where and in what format are the playlists stored as .m3u files aren't recognised.

Thanks for any help because at the moment I'm so disillusioned with this thing!

PS Using phone software version KC910-V10a (LG Phone upgrade software tells me that "Cell phone not supporting upgrade").
