trying to get the renoir battery cover part ref mcja0070301 but no where has it including lg themselves or their recognised distributors can anyone help?

was sent this number 0844 847 1400 - they direct you to http://lgmobileshop.co.uk - who do not do it but they direct you to regenesis 01480431431 (who only deal with repairs not parts but lg state they will get me a part ) who transfer you BACK to 08448471400 oh look I am in a shunt between departments!!!

on lg website call 0870 126 1067 give you number for 08708735454 who direct me to 0870 0505 123 who are 0844 847 1400!!! round and round and round i go 

so back to 08708735454 and www.seme.co.uk who do nothing for mobile phones or call them on 08448471405 or carphone warehouse so LG do not even supply their own parts!!!!!! so who do i phone in CW to get this
