rintones and music dont play that loud, but when i play a video on my renoir the volume is way to high even on number 1... its distorted and crackerly?? this happens on all videos exept the ones ive filmed myself.

Any help appreciated

You can't make it any louder. Not even with the new firmware. It's a problem with the handset.
